Community Conversation Feedback – Non-profit and volunteer sector partners

In our first Community Conversation, our discussion focused on Community Engagement and private sector partners. For our final Conversation, we came full circle to discuss issues related to partnerships with non-profit and volunteer-sector partners.

As with the discussion on private sector partners, much of the discussion focused on recognition of partners and work involved in establishing and maintaining partnerships. Questions about managing the differing timelines of the University and partners, like aligning needs to fit both the academic calendar of the University and the fiscal calendar of the partners, also arose.
